Understanding the Results

DALYs (Disability-Adjusted Life Years)

A measure of disease burden that combines years of life lost due to premature death and years lived with disability. Higher values indicate greater health impact.

SDI (Socio-Demographic Index)

A composite measure combining income, education, and fertility rates. Ranges from 0 (lowest development) to 1 (highest development).

PM₂.₅ Concentrations

Fine particulate matter smaller than 2.5 micrometers. WHO guideline is 5 μg/m³ annual average. Values above 15 μg/m³ are considered unhealthy.

Analysis Types

The tool provides both historical data analysis and future forecasts based on current trends and development patterns.
